Tim Turner

Tim, Partner of Turner & Son Homes, joined his father in the home building business in 1999, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and attention to detail. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1990, at which time he joined the US Marine Corp as an officer. During those four years, Tim lived in North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Okinawa, and Korea, the only time in which he’s lived outside of this great state. He is a long time member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association. Tim also serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mary’s Episcopal School and is a proud Cub Scout Leader.
Tim chooses to spend his spare time doing whatever his family is doing, whether that’s sailing, hiking, listening to his son on the piano, or cheering on his daughter in her rock climbing competitions. When asked which quote is most meaningful to him, he will tell you that “The greatest results in life are usually attained by simple means and the exercise of ordinary qualities. These may be for the most part summed up in these two: common sense and perseverance.

In early November 2011, the already-strong sales and marketing department realized an instant surge in energy when Athena joined the company as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She is a goal-driven leader by nature and prefers not to limit herself to coloring within the lines, so the idea that Turner & Son Homes strives for excellence, invests in its staff, and embraces innovative thinking quickly drew her in. Athena’s motto of “No Excuses, No Exceptions” suits her well.
Athena opened Athena’s School of Sales and Marketing in January 2017 where she teaches continual education classes for realtors. Outside of the office, she is a devoted volunteer for Savannah Station, an organization that promotes equine-assisted therapies and safe activities for children with special needs and at-risk youth. Athena chooses to unwind by reading a well-written book or going for a nice run.
Jerry Captain
Custom Home & Land Consultant
As a combat veteran Marine, Jerry brings discipline, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset to every project. He is dedicated to helping clients assess the feasibility of building their desired home within their budget while thinking creatively to maximize their investment. Transparency is at the heart of his approach, ensuring clients feel confident and supported throughout the entire process.
Jerry’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional life. He finds his greatest pride in his wife and daughters, cherishing time spent with family. In his free time, Jerry enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, hunting, hiking, and lake days on the boat with family and friends. An avid sports enthusiast, he also loves traveling and watching football.

Stephanie Rollins
Production Coordinator & Scheduler
Stephanie Rollins is the Production Scheduler and Coordinator at Turner & Son Homes, serving as a key point of contact for clients as they embark on the journey of designing and building their dream home. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Stephanie combines her expertise in planning and coordination with her passion for helping families realize their vision. From the initial design phase to construction and through to the warranty phase, Stephanie is involved in every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
Stephanie’s role focuses on pre-construction readiness, ensuring every project is meticulously planned and prepared before breaking ground. She works closely with customers, lenders, and the Turner & Son Homes team to ensure a timely and efficient start to construction. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail are vital to the company’s mission of delivering an unparalleled building experience.
Stephanie holds a degree from Oklahoma City University and is an Oklahoma Notary Public. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at her lake house in Eufaula, where she can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Stephanie is also the proud mother of a baby boy, who she considers her greatest accomplishment.

Jada Haycraft
VP of Sales & Marketing
Jada Haycraft serves as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Turner & Son Homes, where she is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they begin the exciting journey of building their dream homes. Appointed to her role in late 2021, Jada has been instrumental in creating a customer-focused approach that helps clients understand the homebuilding process, sets clear expectations, and provides actionable next steps to bring their visions to life.
With a background in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University, Jada combines her academic insights into decision-making psychology with her passion for guiding clients toward the best choices for their families. Her ability to connect with people on a personal level helps make the often-overwhelming homebuilding process approachable and enjoyable.

Sheila Gilbert-Wilson
Selections Coordinator
Sheila Gilbert-Wilson serves as the Selections Coordinator for Turner & Son Homes, guiding clients through one of the most exciting and personal aspects of building their dream home—selecting the finishes and details that make a house uniquely theirs. From exterior elements like brick, stone, and stucco to interior choices like cabinets, paint colors, faucets, flooring, and appliances, Sheila ensures every detail aligns with the client's vision. Her expertise and passion shine in helping customers bring their ideas to life with precision and style.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA with a specialization in project management, equipping her with a strong foundation in organization and strategic planning. Her background as a state employee, where she successfully oversaw key state projects, has honed her ability to manage complex processes with attention to detail and efficiency.
Known for her meticulousness and unwavering commitment to customer service, Sheila is a firm believer that clear and consistent communication is the cornerstone of a successful building process. Through his certification in CAL OSHA 30-hour safety standards he ensures every project prioritizes safety, efficiency, and quality.
During his time in the Marine Corps, Daniel earned commendation and achievement medals for his exemplary service, demonstrating his ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in complex environments. His proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and supervising teams make him an asset to the Turner & Son Homes team.

Larry Flores

With over a decade of hands-on leadership, Larry has a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Larry holds numerous certifications, including OSHA 30-hour training, showcasing his commitment to industry best practices.
As a past member of the Home Builders Executive Board and chair for notable events like the Home & Garden Show, Larry demonstrates a passion for community and professional growth. His achievements include recognition as a top-performing superintendent nationally and successfully scaling operations to close 200 homes annually. Larry’s leadership ensures efficient project execution while mitigating risks and maintaining compliance with local and state codes.
With a focus on innovation, Larry utilizes advanced construction software to enhance project workflows. His customer-centric approach and dedication to on-time, within-budget delivery make him an invaluable asset to the Turner & Son Homes team.
